Chicago, IL – October 30, 2003 – AlphaZeta, Inc. and Sudler announced today the release of Sudler.net, a new online real estate search tool designed specifically for Chicago area real estate buyers and apartment searchers. Sudler, Chicago's largest real estate and property management firm, envisions Sudler.net as the easiest, most direct means for area real estate buyers and renters to find comprehensive property and agent contact information.

The new search tool harnesses Multiple Listing Service (MLS) feeds, allowing users in-depth access to thousands of property listings while searching by town or neighborhood, number of bedrooms, property size and price range. Unlike other area real estate websites, Sudler.net emphasizes simplicity – giving buyers and renters access to search listings directly from the site's home page and allowing them to set up property viewings with agents immediately. Other innovative features the site provides include virtual tours, floor plans and printable brochures.

Search results consist of photos of available properties and detailed descriptions, including easy-to-read icons explaining amenities ("pets allowed", "parking", "outdoor space," and more). Users can then tour the property virtually through the site, locate the proper agent and schedule an in-person viewing though an online appointment setter.
